  2. Go To Account Settings
  3. Click 'Go Paperless'

You will receive monthly email reminders when your bill is ready for viewing through My Account. With paperless billing, you can view, download or print your statement online anytime at your convenience. After enrollment in paperless billing, you should start receiving paperless statements in your next billing cycle.

*Paperless billing is currently only available for Direct Energy Business electricity customers who are being billed by us. We do not currently offer online account access for gas customers or customers who are billed by their host utility (utility consolidated billing). However, we expect to add paperless billing capability for Direct Energy Business gas customers who are being billed by us in the future.
